Yes. No plan has a member cap, so a 100,000-member server can run Heimdall for free. Free includes every core plugin (moderation, tickets, modmail, Minecraft, economy and games), the full web dashboard and working limits that can run a whole community. There's no card and no trial clock.
Premium is one flat price for any server size. It lifts every Free limit (staff seats go from 3 to unlimited, ticket panels from 1 to 25, automod rules from 5 to 50 and console history from 7 days to 365, among others). It also adds the power features: the advanced support suite, custom embed branding, the customer portal, Tebex store admin, hosted voice transcription and priority support.
Yes. White-Label is the top plan. It has everything in Premium, removes all Heimdall and Bifröst branding and runs as your own bot, with your own name, avatar and bot token.
Each seat covers one white-labelled bot in one server. Running white-labelled bots in three servers means three seats. You can add or remove seats at any time from your billing portal.
We retired them. Nobody should pay more because their community grew, so the old Starter, Growth, Pro and Business tiers became one flat Premium price. Most servers now pay the same or less: a 50,000-member server went from £39.99 a month to £5.99. If you're on a legacy plan, you keep your current price and features and don't need to do anything.
Yes, at any time. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then your server moves back to Free. Free has no member cap, so it keeps running whatever your size. Anything above the free limits is paused after a 14-day grace period. It's never deleted, and it all comes back the moment you resubscribe. Downgrading works the same way: you stay on your current plan until the period ends, then move to the new one. We don't refund unused time, and we'll never charge you more than you agreed to.
No. Add Heimdall to your server and you're running. There's no card, no trial and no expiry.
Pay monthly or yearly. Yearly saves about 19%. You can switch between them or cancel at any time, and our payment provider handles the payment securely.
