Heimdall is free for a Discord server of any size, with no member cap. Every core plugin is included on the free tier, with limits generous enough to run a whole community. Premium lifts those limits and unlocks a set of power features. White-Label adds your own branding on top. If you are comparing plans, the pricing page has a full side-by-side breakdown.

What Premium unlocks

Premium does two things: it raises every usage limit from the free tier, and it turns on features that are not available for free.

Higher limits

Unlimited staff seats, tags, starboards, and application forms, plus much higher caps on tickets, automod, and more.

Support suite

SLA schedules, staff quotas, ticket grading, analytics, and customer reviews.

Custom branding

Set custom embed colours and footer text so bot messages match your server, in .

Power features

Customer portal, Tebex store admin, hosted voice transcription, poll CSV export, and priority support.

Limits lifted

Every limit below applies per server. Free values are generous by design; Premium raises each one. White-Label matches Premium.

Premium-only features

These are switched off on the free tier and become available on Premium.

White-Label

White-Label is the top tier. It includes everything in Premium, then makes the bot yours:
  • Removes all Heimdall and Bifröst branding from bot messages and embeds
  • Runs under your own bot identity, using its name, avatar, and token
  • Built for networks, agencies, and branded communities
White-Label is licensed per seat. One seat covers one white-labelled server. If you run white-labelled bots in three servers, that is three seats, and you can add or remove seats at any time.
White-Label runs on your own bot application, so provisioning it means supplying the bot’s token. Open a ticket in the support server if you would like a hand setting it up.

Privileged intents

Your bot application needs two privileged gateway intents switched on before Heimdall can run it. In the Discord Developer Portal, open your application, go to the Bot tab, and under Privileged Gateway Intents set: If either required intent is off, Discord refuses the bot’s login and it will not start. Turn it on, then provision again. Below 10,000 users, toggling the intents is all you need to do. Once your bot reaches 10,000 unique reachable users, Discord sends a DM to the account that owns the application asking you to apply for intent review, with a deadline 90 days out. The bot keeps working until then, but if you miss the deadline Discord switches the intents off.

Applying for privileged intents

Copy-paste answers for every question on Discord’s intent review form, personalised with your bot’s name, plus the screenshots to attach.

Custom status

Your white-labelled bot can show a custom status in the member list, and rotate through several of them. To set it, open your profile menu on the dashboard, choose Whitelabel Bot, and find the Custom status card. Changes reach your live bot within a few moments of saving.
  • Add up to 10 statuses. With two or more, the bot cycles through them in order.
  • Choose how often it rotates, from every 15 seconds up to once a day. The default is every minute.
  • Each status has a type: Playing, Watching, Listening to, Competing in, or Custom (your text on its own, with no verb in front).
  • Each status can be up to 128 characters.
Two placeholders fill in live numbers: For example, Watching over {members} members shows as “Watching over 1,234 members”. The numbers refresh about every 10 minutes when a single status uses them, and each time the bot rotates when you have several.
Discord limits how often a bot can change its status, which is why the fastest rotation is 15 seconds.

Pricing

Annual billing saves roughly 20% over monthly, and all prices include VAT. Odin AI is a separate optional add-on billed independently. See Odin AI for its pricing.
Already subscribed before the flat-pricing launch? Your existing plan and price are unchanged. Legacy plans keep working exactly as they did, and nothing is migrated or re-billed.

How limits are enforced

Limits are checked when you create or edit configuration, never while the bot is running. You only ever meet a limit at the point of adding something new, so live tickets, automod, and everything else keep working regardless of your plan. If you downgrade from a paid plan, nothing is deleted.
1

Billing period ends

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2

14-day grace period

Everything continues to work for 14 days after that, giving you time to decide or re-subscribe.
3

Over-limit items are paused

Anything above the free limits is deactivated, not deleted. Your most recent items stay active by default, and you can re-pick which ones to keep.
4

Instant restore

Re-subscribe at any time and every paused item is switched back on exactly as it was.
Safety features such as moderation, automod, and appeals get an extended grace period and escalating warnings first, so your server is never left unprotected.
