These general-purpose commands give members and administrators basic operational information about the bot and Discord users.

Checking bot latency

Measures the current round-trip latency between the bot and Discord’s API. The response shows:
  • API latency - time for the bot to receive an event from Discord
  • Gateway latency - WebSocket heartbeat round-trip
  • Database latency - time to complete a simple database query
This command is useful for verifying that the bot is responsive and identifying whether slowness is coming from the bot, Discord’s API, or the database.

Checking bot uptime

Displays how long the bot has been running since its last restart. Shows a human-readable duration (e.g. “3 days, 14 hours, 22 minutes”) and the exact date and time the bot started.

Viewing user information

Displays a profile card for the specified member (or your own profile if no user is specified). The card shows: /userinfo works on any visible member, including bots. You can look up members who have left the server by providing their user ID.
